Secondlifeasia: Malaysia’s Leading Smart Device Repair Powerhouse

With a modest initial investment of RM868,000 in 2019, Secondlifeasia, Malaysia’s largest smart device repair company, has achieved remarkable growth, recording an impressive 424% year-on-year increase in revenue. This exceptional performance has positioned the company to hit an annual revenue of RM 7.0 million this year.

Secondlifeasia stands out as an Independent Repair Provider (IRP) with a competitive edge, utilizing genuine parts and diagnostic tools sourced directly from Apple. Additionally, the company serves as a Realme Authorized Service Center, catering to a wide range of devices, including Internet of Things (IoT) devices.

Capitalizing on its success, Secondlifeasia recently announced a strategic expansion into Thailand through a joint venture with Appidea, a technology and software development company. With an initial investment of USD250,000, Secondlifeasia is set to establish three brick-and-mortar outlets in Thailand by the end of 2024, further solidifying its presence in the region.

Secondlifeasia’s remarkable growth trajectory and forward-thinking approach make it an attractive investment opportunity. With a proven business model that has evolved alongside technological advancements, particularly in the post-pandemic era, the company is well-positioned to capitalize on the growing demand for smart device repair services.
